Stonebridge City Farm - an inner-city farm and community charity, based in St Ann's. The farm has existed for over 40 years and through our operation we are (a) a visitor centre - where entrance remains free, and (b) a support, training and education centre. Our Mission is to Empower the Disadvantaged, Develop the Local Community and Protect the Environment.
Fun Days - aims to improve the lives of children and young adults in Nottinghamshire who suffer from moderate to severe learning and or physical disability by supporting and providing facilities and services designed to provide fun friendship care and stimulation.
West Area Project (WAP) - has been based in Lenton since 1985. Our day service provides activities for people with learning disabilities and/or autism. Our aims are to remain 'small and beautiful' and promote healthy living, physical activity and the use of mainstream community services.
My Sight Nottinghamshire - PGT will be supporting MySight's 'My Guide' Service, which aims to reduce the loneliness and isolation that many people with sight loss experience; helping people rebuild their confidence, regain their independence and get more out of life.
Sharewear - provides emergency clothing, shoes and bedding to people in Nottinghamshire currently in crisis.
Windmill Community Gardens - aims to showcase "growing" in ways which are environmentally sound and minimum waste. We are a refuge for individuals with mental health or physical health problems and for those on the autistic spectrum. We also support our local school and community groups with themed visits to us and outreach.

SITUATED - a group of second year Nottingham Trent University’s Fine Art students exhibiting new works of contemporary art in a number of the gardens of this year’s event. SITUATED is interested in sculpture, performance, moving image and other forms of art which respond to and interact with the situation of location. Artists will be present in the gardens on the day to discuss the work in each garden.
